Photography is allowed throughout the excursions. In the Lipizzaner stables, photography is only permitted without flash and after consultation with the management staff.
Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition area at Heldenberg. However, you have the option to leave your dog in the cashier area, where it will also be supplied with water. Dogs are permitted in the shop and the cafe, as well as in the areas of the English Garden.
Strollers are permitted. The barrier-free design of the exhibition area allows you to visit all attractions with a stroller.
Overlooking the historic English garden, Cafe Heldenberg offers a variety of food and beverages. Taking food, beverages, and ice cream into the exhibition rooms and consuming them there is not permitted.

No, it is not necessary to book in advance for public tours, but it is recommended on the weekends because we can only accommodate a limited number of visitors. Otherwise, you may have to wait for the next possible tour.

Yes, the Cafe Heldenberg is open during the operating hours from 10 AM.

Yes, the tickets are valid until the end of the season. You can leave the area or the individual attractions and visit the non-validated areas at a later date.
